I have been humbled to be invited into people's lives for over 20 years. Assisting clients with various challenges and guiding them to find their own solutions is my ultimate goal. I believe those solutions already exist within them. It is through the evidence-based techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy and Motivational Interviewing that we make progress.
