I am deeply humbled to have been invited into my clients' lives for over two decades. My ultimate goal is to assist individuals through various challenges, guiding them to discover the solutions that I believe already exist within them. I have extensive clinical training in evidence-based practices, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
